Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send an invoice for the deposit, and your booking will be confirmed upon payment.

On the day of the shoot, I’ll bring everything needed to ensure we capture your vision. If the setup allows, we can shoot tethered to my laptop, making it easier to review the images on a larger screen as they’re captured. This real-time feedback ensures we meet your expectations. My approach is flexible, covering all essential shots and any additional images you may require. If props or a stylist are needed, we’ll discuss those details prior to booking. Once the shoot is complete, I’ll pack up—no additional payment is needed at this stage. If rescheduling or cancellations are required, please refer to the Terms and Conditions for more information.

After the shoot, I’ll perform rough edits to provide a preview of the final images. These previews will be uploaded to a personalized gallery on my website, where you can review and select your preferred images. Detailed instructions will be provided on the gallery page to guide you through the selection process. If you miss ordering any images initially, you can always request more, even after the invoice has been paid—I’ll simply send a new invoice for the additional images.

Once you’ve made your selections, I begin the detailed editing process. While I typically complete this within two weeks, the timeframe can vary depending on the number of images ordered and the level of detail required for editing. Each photo is meticulously refined to correct blemishes, distractions, and ensure perfect color accuracy. If you have any urgent needs, I can prioritize specific images to meet deadlines. Rest assured, I dedicate the time needed to deliver images that meet the highest standards.

Your final images will be uploaded to a gallery on my website for your review, with an option for direct download. Other delivery methods can be accommodated upon request. Images are delivered in full-resolution PNG files by default, unless otherwise requested, and social media-ready formats are provided automatically, with other sizes and crops available upon request. I offer multiple formats, including: 4:5 Format: Ideal for social media, as it takes up the most screen real estate when viewers are scrolling, while still being composed to look clean in a 1:1 aspect ratio for a cohesive feed. 9:16 Format: Perfect for Reels, stories, and full-screen content, providing additional space for text or branding elements. Transparent Backgrounds: Useful for graphic designers needing flexibility in integrating images into different marketing materials. While not always possible due to certain factors, I will make every effort to provide this when applicable.

Should you require any adjustments, simply let me know which images need corrections and what specific changes are needed. I offer up to two rounds of revisions to ensure each image aligns perfectly with your vision. I will carefully review each issue you mention and make the necessary corrections before delivering the revised files. My goal is to address all feedback thoroughly, ensuring the final images meet your complete satisfaction.

After you approve the final images, I’ll send the final invoice, with the deposit already factored in. Payments can be made via credit card, e-transfer, or PayPal. If you prefer another method, feel free to reach out and I’ll accommodate where possible. For additional payment information, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.

Image Backup: I back up all images for one year to ensure their safety and accessibility. While I aim to retain files beyond this period, I only guarantee access for the first year. If you lose any of your ordered images within this timeframe, I will gladly resend them at no additional cost. After the one-year mark, I’ll do my best to retrieve and provide access to any images, but I cannot guarantee their availability. Unlimited Lifetime Usage Rights: All delivered images come with full, unrestricted lifetime usage rights for your business, granting you the flexibility to use them across digital, print, and advertising platforms without any additional fees. However, resale or redistribution of these images is strictly prohibited, ensuring the work is used solely for your business purposes. Availability: I prioritize responsive communication and will reply to all action-required emails within 24 hours. Whether you have questions, need clarifications, or require urgent changes, I’ll make sure your project receives prompt attention. Budget: While I don’t typically offer discounts, I am always open to discussing ways to tailor services to meet your budget. My goal is to find a solution that maintains the high quality of work while remaining within your financial framework.
